Hospice patients assistance

In May 2008 the Club bought a microwave oven, electric kettles, utensils for the Hospice. Members of the Club gathered the old linen to be used instead of pumpers and brought perennial flowers to plant in the Hospice garden. To celebrate the Victory Day on 9 May the Club bought cakes, sweets and flowers for the Hospice patients – witnesses and participants of war.

In May the Club organized a guided excursion to the Hermitage for the Hospice employees, who work far from the city and being not paid well enough for their hard work can’t afford to take part in cultural events.
