The competition is over and we can proudly present the winners with their works:

In April 23-24, 2009 the Competition in computer graphics will be held in St.Petersburg focusing on selection of IT gifted children and youth. The participants of the Competition, aged under 17, should be able to use programs Paint, Word, CorelDraw, Photoshop. If you want to take part in nomination “Water freedom in my city”, you should submit 2 works in the form of a cover for a book, magazine, reference book or album. The works should be fulfilled in programs: Paint, Word, CorelDraw, Photoshop. The size can’t be larger than A4. The file format should be *.doc,*.jpg . It is possible to use photos. You shouldn’t write your personal data (name, surname, name of your educational establishment) in the pictures. You should also fill in a special application in the form required:

Participant’s full name
Country, city
Full name of the educational institution
Name of work
Full name of educator(s)
Contact telephone

The works should meet the following requirements:

• Precise and succinct presentation of the subject matter of the cover page , name of work
• Composition balance, harmony of digital and representational components
• Colour layout of the cover page
• Absence of elements, characters, well-known logos created by other artists
